the process
LOPEZ DESIGN + DRAFTING uses a simplified approach to develop and create technical design drawings that accurately depict your project and ensure constructability.

Finished construction drawings will be submitted to the local jurisdiction for permit project approval.

I had the good fortune to find Abe Lopez of Lopez Design as the draftsman for the project. In addition to designing the home to our specification he used his connections and knowledge in the construction trade to be able to guide me to the several different types of engineers that were needed in order to get approval of the plans....
Needless to say I would recommend Lopez Design to anyone considering building a home especially to someone who may not be really knowledgeable about building.
